The space has been recently renovated, receives plenty of natural light, and features high ceilings. There are 3 restrooms and a social area/kitchenette nearby. A cafeteria is operated by the landlord on the floor below, with a 24-hour snack vending machine.

FIXED COSTS

Purpose Price (NOK) Specification
Administration 400,- for reservation Booking agreement, key handover, and settlement. All other needs for assistance or contact with the lessor/RKK are considered optional additional services.
Full-day base rent 3000,- Includes Equipment Package 1
Half-day base rent 2000,- Includes Equipment Package 1. Half-day rental assumes that all equipment has been dismantled and reset, and that the premises are tidied, cleaned, and fully prepared for the next user on the same day, before or after 5:00 PM.
Cleaning* 1000,- Includes cleaning of the production space, corridors, and restrooms after the rental period.*
* The renter may choose to do this themselves. 

** This also assumes that tidying/cleaning is carried out by the renter. (If the optional service is purchased, where dismantling and cleaning are performed by RKK, the half-day option is not available.)

Optional Additional Services
Purpose Price (NOK) Specification
Assistance and/or event manager from RKK* 500,- per hour started As a general rule, this should be agreed upon in advance, but any extra service or assistance from RKK before, during, or after the rental period will be invoiced. This may include, for example, questions about equipment (beyond the information on the website), attendance/assistance at specific times or during the rental period, tables/chairs, coffee preparation, event management, etc.
Equipment Package 2 4000,- per booking Full equipment package, including monitors and microphone package, as specified in Equipment Package 2. Flexible placement (setup and takedown back to standard must be requested or handled by the renter)
Backline On request Must be pre-ordered well in advance.
Assistance with setup/takedown of PA / technical equipment* 500,- per hour started * Equipment Package 1 is always set up and ready in the venue. All other setup/takedown will be invoiced per hour. When the renter sets up themselves, the venue must be reset after use. If there is a need to put the equipment back in place after the rental, it will be charged per hour.
PA and/or lighting technician*  5625,- Valid for up to 10 hours. 900 NOK per hour started beyond this.
Piano tuning Invoice from piano tuners
+ 500,-		 Must be ordered and managed by RKK. Invoice from piano tuners will be re-invoiced to the tenant, plus 1 hour of assistance for administration and opening/closing the premises for piano tuning.
Ticket sales / Hoopla 1000,- Administration of ticket sales up until the event date. Ticketing is handled by the organizer or the person responsible for the event.
Lighting rig 4000,- 4 pcs Martin Par-3 on stands with a simple lighting mixer and cabling.


* The tenant/organizer may choose to do this themselves.

There may be occasional traffic of 1 person through the premises in rare cases during the rental period.
